How to Conduct Yourself on our Platform

AERWAY ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY


Effective Date: February 1, 2026

 

1. OVERVIEW

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Aerhub, Inc.'s ("Aerhub," "we," "us," or "our") Aerway Platform, (the “Platform” is collectively the Aerway mobile application, The Aerpod podcast, and all related services, platforms and features). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, content removal, and other appropriate enforcement actions.

 

Certain activities or Content may be permitted on the Platform for non-commercial or informational use but may not be monetized through Pro Spaces or other paid features. Section 4 (‘Prohibited Businesses for Pro Space Monetization’) describes products, services, and business models that cannot use Aerway’s payment and monetization tools, even if related Content might otherwise be allowed on the Platform in non-monetized form

 

We do not allow any activity or content that promotes or encourages discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or veteran status.

 

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Platform to engage in or facilitate any of the following activities:

 

2.1 Illegal Activities include but are not limited to:

·      Any activity that violates federal, state, local, or international law

·      Money laundering, fraud, embezzlement, or financial crimes

·      Trafficking of illegal goods, narcotics, weapons, or controlled substances

·      Facilitating gambling, pyramid schemes, or unlicensed lotteries

·      Sale or distribution of counterfeit goods or stolen property

·      Chain letters or multi-level marketing schemes

 

2.2 Harmful or Dangerous Content includes but is not limited to:

·      Content promoting violence, terrorism, or extremism

·      Content depicting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders

·      Instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or dangerous devices

·      Content encouraging dangerous stunts, challenges, or high-risk behavior

·      Promotion of unsafe aviation practices that endanger lives

·      Drug paraphernalia or substances designed to mimic illegal drugs

 

 

2.3 Harassment and Abuse include but is not limited to:

·      Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation of any individual or group

·      Hate speech or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

·      Threats of violence or harm directed at any person or entity

·      Threatening specific individuals or inciting violence against specific persons, places, or groups

·      Doxing or sharing another person's private or confidential information without their consent

·      Coordinated attacks or brigading against users, Spaces, or communities

 

2.4 Sexual Content and Exploitation include but is not limited to:

·      Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors

·      Non-consensual intimate imagery or "revenge porn"

·      Sexually explicit content, pornography, nudity, or sexual acts

·      Sexual solicitation, prostitution, escort services, or companion services

·      Human trafficking or sexual exploitation

·      Adult telephone conversations, audio, or dating services

·      Mail-order brides or massage parlors

·      Content featuring characters who are minors, depicted as minors, or suggested to be minors in any sexual or sensual context

 

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations include but are not limited to:

·      Posting, sharing, or distributing copyrighted material without authorization

·      Trademark infringement or misuse of brand identities

·      Unauthorized use of patented inventions or trade secrets

·      Sale of counterfeit credentials, certifications, or licenses

·      Unlicensed proprietary content or reselling private label rights products

 

2.6 Spam and Deceptive Practices include but are not limited to:

·      Mass unsolicited messages, promotional spam, or commercial advertising

·      Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content

·      Phishing schemes, scams, or attempts to obtain sensitive information

·      Manipulating engagement metrics through fake accounts or bots

·      Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or Aerhub personnel

·      Deceptive marketing practices or negative response marketing techniques

·      "Get rich quick" schemes, business opportunities, or investment opportunities

·      Offering substantial rebates or special incentives awarded after original purchase

 

2.7 Technical Abuse includes but is not limited to:

·      Hacking, unauthorized access, or attempts to breach Platform security

·      Distribution of malware, viruses, trojans, or harmful code

·      Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or network disruption

·      Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without permission

·      Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with Platform software

·      Use of bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate Platform features

 

2.8 Misinformation and Professional Misconduct include but is not limited to:

·      Falsifying aviation credentials, certifications, or professional qualifications

·      Providing false safety information or deliberately misleading technical guidance

·      Promoting conspiracy theories that endanger public safety

·      Medical misinformation related to pilot health, fitness-to-fly, or aeromedical standards

·      Fortune telling or psychic services

 

3. AVIATION-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

Given the safety-critical nature of the aviation industry, users must not:

 

·      Share operational information that compromises aviation security (flight plans, security procedures, vulnerabilities)

·      Promote violations of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) or international aviation standards

·      Encourage unsafe flight operations or maintenance practices

·      Share classified or restricted technical data without authorization

·      Misrepresent aircraft capabilities, limitations, or safety records

·      Share export-controlled technical data in violation of ITAR or EAR regulations

·      Disclose proprietary technical data owned by aircraft manufacturers without authorization

 

4. PROHIBITED BUSINESSES FOR PRO SPACE MONETIZATION

This Section 4 applies specifically to use of Aerway’s Pro Space and other monetization features. The fact that a product, service, or business model appears below means it may not be offered, promoted, or sold through Pro Spaces or other paid features, even where related Content may be allowed to appear on the Platform in a non-monetized way, subject to all other provisions of this AUP.

The following products and activities are not allowed to be monetized using Aerway's Pro Space payment system. This is because they violate U.S. federal law, are prohibited by card network rules, or are restricted by our payment processing partners.

 

4.1 Financial and Legal Services

·      Bankruptcy lawyers or debt collection agencies

·      Bail bonds

·      Check cashing or money transmission services

·      Credit card and identity theft protection (unless licensed)

·      Credit repair and protection services

·      Currency exchange (physical, digital, or cryptocurrency)

·      Mortgage consulting or reduction services

·      Money service businesses or wire transfers

·      Security brokerage (unless properly licensed)

·      Quasi-cash or stores of value

 

4.2 Gambling and Games of Chance

·      Gambling (including legal gambling where the cardholder is not present)

·      Lotteries, internet gambling, sports forecasting, and odds making

·      Bidding fee or penny auctions

 

4.3 Adult and Age-Restricted Content

·      Sexually-oriented or pornographic content of any format

·      Adult books, video, or audio content

·      Membership to adult websites or content

·      Companion or escort services

·      Dating services or mail-order brides

·      Massage parlors and prostitution

·      Tobacco products

·      Marijuana dispensaries and related businesses

·      Weapons, ammunition, or explosives

 

4.4 Health and Pharmaceuticals

·      Pharmacies or internet pharmacies (unless properly licensed)

·      Pseudo pharmaceuticals (anti-aging pills, sexual stimulants, weight loss pills, diet pills)

·      Drug paraphernalia

·      Substances designed to mimic illegal drugs

 

4.5 Consumer Goods and Services

·      Food products and ingredients (including consumer packaged goods, livestock, plants, seeds)

·      Cell phones, pagers, or unlocked devices

·      Jewelry or beauty products sold through subscription

·      Extended warranties

·      Timeshares

 

4.6 Travel and Transportation

·      Airlines (ticket sales)

·      Cruise lines (unless properly licensed)

·      Centralized reservation services

 

4.7 Deceptive or High-Risk Business Models

·      Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

·      "Get rich quick" schemes or business opportunities

·      Essay mills or paper mills

·      Door-to-door sales

·      Telemarketing services

·      Consulting firms or billing services billing for future services

·      Flea markets

·      Shipping or forwarding brokers

 

4.8 Counterfeit and Unlicensed Goods

·      Counterfeit goods, replicas, or knockoffs

·      Unlicensed proprietary content

·      Reselling private label rights products without proper licensing

 

4.9 Other Prohibited Services

·      Fortune tellers or psychic services

·      Real estate purchases or investment opportunities (unless properly licensed)

 

Important: This list is maintained separately from Aerway's Terms and Conditions. Aerhub makes every effort to keep this list as current as possible. However, because of the unpredictable nature of card network rules, legislation, and payment processor relationships, this list may change abruptly and without notice. Changes to this list take effect immediately.  

 

5. SPACE ADMIN OBLIGATIONS

Space Admins (users who create and manage a Space, including Pro Space administrators) must:

·      Actively moderate their Space to ensure compliance with this AUP

·      Promptly remove violating content posted by Space members

·      Establish clear Space rules that do not conflict with this AUP

·      Respond to user reports and enforcement actions from Aerhub

·      Refrain from using their Space to circumvent this AUP or Platform policies

 

Failure by Space Admins to maintain compliance with AUP may result in Space suspension, removal, or termination of the Admin's account.

 

6. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

6.1 Violation Response

Aerhub reserves the right to in its sole discretion and without notice:

·      Remove or disable access to violating content

·      Issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans

·      Suspend or terminate user accounts or Spaces

·      Restrict access to features, subscriptions, or monetization capabilities

·      Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

·      Pursue legal action for damages caused by severe violations

 

6.2 Severity-Based Actions

Enforcement actions are determined based on:

·      Severity of the violation

·      Prior violation history

·      Potential harm to users or the aviation community

·      Legal and safety considerations

 

Severe violations (child safety, terrorism, illegal activity) may result in immediate and permanent suspension without prior warning or notice.

 

6.3 Appeals Process

If you believe your account or your content was deactivated or taken down in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing help@aerhub.com within 30 days of the enforcement action. Appeals will be reviewed within 45 business days . Aerhub's decision on all appeals is final.

 

7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

Aerhub may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP terms.
